Shreem is a another bija (seed) mantra vibrating the essence of the goddess of wealth, Lakshmi Ganapataye, another name for Ganesha and is the formal Sanskrit pronunciation of the god's name. Poranguí & Mose weave their own unique medicine together through this beautiful, hypnotic tapestry of remixes. “Poranguí - Mose Remixes” is born from a brotherhood first established through Mose & Poranguí’s first remix collaboration three years ago. Having felt such a deep resonance with what landed from this first remix, the two decided to dive deeper into this collaborative energy.

Mose has taken all 7 original tracks from Poranguí’s self-titled album and has reworked them with his own signature touch. This project is a true testament to the brotherhood of two musicians coming together to offer a potent fusion of their own unique energies.

In addition to honoring the elements, this compelling collection of remixes offers the listener a full range journey following an arc of energy commonly used in ecstatic dance. The album starts slow with “Ganesha” and “Canto de la Selva” before slowly building energy into the mid-tempo explorations of “Danza del Viento” and “Otorongo”. From here the track lifts off into a full on tribal dance ceremony with “Oxum” and “Tonantzin”. The album lands gently down to the etheric “Stardust” to complete the journey with a deep meditative downtempo odyssey.

The whole album is wonderful. But this track is absolute top-notch, the feeling of it like you're on a beach in a beautiful environment and the best weather on the Earth, a coctail in your hand.
